Family Care Associates is a family medical practice located in Cynthiana, Kentucky. J. Gregory Cooper MD, Brian T. Mulberry MD, and R. Henry Norfleet MD are the physician owners of the practice and are all board certified Family Physicians. The health and wellness of our patients and the community are of the utmost importance to our physicians and staff. Services Provided by Family Care Associates:
Office Visits: Preventative Healthcare (all ages); Physical Exams (newborn care, well child care, school physicals, sports physicals, CDL physicals, womens wellness exams, pre-operative exams); ADD/ADHD evaluations and treatment; Acute and chronic illness management; Skin lesion removals and office surgery; Cast and splint application
In-House Laboratory Testing Available (with many of the results provided during appointment times) to include: Strep throat test, Flu A&B test, Pregnancy Test, Urine testing (including Urine Diabetes screening), finger stick blood sugar, A1C (your Diabetes number), finger stick Protimes (Coumadin monitoring), Cholesterol, Triglycerides, and Complete Blood Count (to check for anemia, bacterial infections and viral infections, etc.).
